Wednesday -- Pushup Challenge -- 50 total
Thursday -- Tempo run -- 20min w/u, 16min @ 9:31/mi, 20mi w/d
Saturday -- Pushup Challenge -- 57 total
Sunday -- Long Run -- 11.74mi
