Today, some very happy, and well-meaning clients brought us some delicious cupcakes from a specialty bakery. Sinfully delicious!
Long story short: I over-indulged. And by the time I got out to run, I felt like crap. I felt heavy and slow and weak. It was HORRIBLE. This is really the first time I have felt so bad on a run because of my diet that day. It was a bad way to learn that lesson, but it was effective.
I need to have some self-control. Especially at work. Yikes!
